This shaft is constructed with True Temper technology which is a lighweight and durable carbon fiber that has the same elements as products used by NASA and Boeing. Epoch uses a specialized technique which layers carbon fiber in a revolutionary way to increase durability in what they call their Advanced Carbon Layering II.
