Has my order shipped?
Go to the Log In page and enter your www.comlax.com email address and your password.
Once logged into your account, your order will be listed under recent orders. Locate the order you are looking for.
After you locate your order, look to the right of the page under status. If your status shows “complete” or “partially shipped,” your order has entered the shipping process. Please note that this does not necessarily mean your package has left the warehouse. Please click on the “track” hyperlink to see where your item is.

When will my order ship?
Our intention is to ship any order received by 2:00 pm (EST) the same day. Certain items may take longer, but the vast majority of orders ship within 24-48 hours. While we always try to have product in stock, however, sometimes due to high demand, we sell out and in other cases, manufacturers are either out of stock or have shipping delays. We will always provide you with the most accurate and up to date information regarding product availability. All packages ship directly from our Franklin, Massachusetts Distribution Center. Regular ground shipping takes from 3-7 business days. We offer upgraded shipping options for an additional charge.

When will my backorder ship?
If we do not have the item you want in stock or you would like us to custom order an item for you, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date when we confirm your order.

How do make I changes to my order?
Once we receive your order (and it has been verified), it is transmitted to our Distribution Center for immediate shipping. If you need to change your order, contact customer service at 877-9COMLAX (877-926-6529) or via email at customerservice@comlax.com.

How do I create an account?
To create an account for use on www.comlax.com, fill out the “register for an account” form and you are all set.

How do I edit my account information?
Step 1: Go to the log in page and enter your email address and password.
Step 2: Click on “edit account information”
Step 3: Make the changes to your account and click on the update account button and you are all set.

I forgot my password.
Step 1: Go the “account log” in page.
Step 2: Click on the “forgot password” link.
Step 3: Enter your email address and your password will be sent to you via email.
