Are you having problems with an order? Every item in our catalog is selected for your satisfaction. If, for any reason, a product doesn't meet your expectations, please see our policies listed below. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Our delivery/shipping policy We ship through United Parcel Service (UPS): Next Day, Second Day, Three Day, or Ground. Unless otherwise requested, all packages will be shipped UPS Ground delivery. NOTE: Some items, such as lacrosse goals, cannot be delivered via "rush" delivery and may require an additional handling charge for shipping.

Our return policy It is our goal to provide you with unparalleled product quality, selection, and information. If you are dissatisfied with any product, it is important that you contact us. Please call 1-888-548-4529.

We will exchange or replace any equipment/apparel according to the respective manufacturer's warranty. We will not accept any used equipment/apparel that is not defective or broken. If we replace an item, a receipt shall be issued with the original purchase date. The replaced item will be covered for the remaining 6-month period from the date of original purchase.

If you have received a product in error, and are in need of replacement, a Return Delivery Service label will be included in the shipment with your correct item.

Heads: All heads have a 6-month limited warranty. Original receipt must be present or on file. Only the unstrung plastic head is covered. If broken within 30 days of original receipt, we will replace the strung head only, free of charge. If we ship the head back to the manufacturer, a $5.00 shipping fee is required.

Note: Intentional modification will void the warranty. (i.e. dying, baking, pinching, etc.) No exceptions!

Shafts: There is a 6-month limited manufacturer's warranty on all Titanium, C405 and CU31 shafts (unless otherwise noted below). Titanium, C405, and CU31 A/M shafts are not guaranteed against dings or dents. Only broken shafts will be replaced per the manufacturer's warranty. If we ship the shaft back to the manufacturer, a $5.00 shipping fee is required.

A/M: Aluminum A/M shafts are not guaranteed.

Defense: Warrior titanium (30 DAYS) and all aluminum defense shafts are not guaranteed.

Equipment: Within 30 days of receipt, any equipment bought at Commonwealth Lacrosse, that is either defective or broken, will be replaced free of charge. If there is a question as to the condition of the equipment being returned, the customer will be referred to the manufacturer to proceed with a return on an individual basis.

Back Orders: We apologize if any of the items you ordered are out of stock. We will reserve the items for you and send them as soon as they are available. Custom/Team Orders: All custom team uniforms and apparel sales are final (unless there is a manufacturing issue and the manufacturer is responsible.)

*If possible, artwork must be approved and returned to us before apparel is printed or embroidered.
