ComLax offers FREE SHIPPING to the continental United States**. The only exceptions are orders under $40.00 and any order that contains an oversize shipping package (see details below).

Our standard delivery method is UPS which takes from 2 to 7 business days, depending upon where the stuff is going. We also offer UPS Next Day, Second Day and 3 Day Select Service. They cost a bit more, but are worth it if you need your gear soon. We are unable to ship to post office boxes. 

Orders Under $40.00: 
For orders less than $40.00, there will be a flat shipping charge of $9.99 plus any oversize shipping charge, if applicable.

Oversize Shipping Charge: 
Some products are oversized, bulky and/or heavy and require extra shipping above the regular stated charges.  Each product page on our website will state if that product requires extra shipping.  

Next -Day or Two-Day Shipping: 
Selecting one of these options does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. The shipping time starts when your order is ready to be shipped. It depends upon whether we have the product in stock.  There is no weekend pickup or delivery for Next Day or Two Day Shipping. Note: When you select Next Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Tracking Information: 
Most of the time, you can track your package info. Sometimes, to speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments.  When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.

No tracking information available: 
If you can't locate any tracking or delivery information about your package, please contact us at customerservice@comlax.net. If you receive your tracking number from us and the package is being shipped on the same day, the tracking number will not work until the end of the day when the package is picked up by UPS.  Please confirm the correct shipping address when writing to us about lost packages.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.  We always try to have product in stock, however, sometimes due to high demand, we sell out and in other cases, manufacturers are either out of stock or have shipping delays. We will always provide you with the most accurate and up to date information regarding product availability. All packages ship directly from our Franklin, Massachusetts Distribution Center. Regular ground shipping takes from 3-7 business days. We offer upgraded shipping options for an additional charge.  Please factor in the 24 hour processing time when planning your expedited shipping.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping charges are calculated based on the following:

  • Orders under $40.00 incur a shipping charge of $9.99
  • The delivery option you choose
  • The weight, size and dimensions of your items
  • Your location

You'll see your shipping cost listed on the "Place Order" page in Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.

Orders placed after 5pm generally will be processed and confirmed on the following business day.  Holidays and weekends are not business days.  We observe all federal holidays.

Orders placed after 5pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday

Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.

Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped.  We will notify you by email when that has occurred.

Large & Oversized items may incur additional shipping charges.  You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges. Specific oversized products and their associated shipping costs are listed below.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.  A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

We verify all credit cards before shipping.  In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.

Oversized items do not qualify for this offer. Lax Walls, Goals, Backstops, Cages and Balls (by the case) require an 'oversize shipping' fee.

·      If you are not 100% satisfied with any unused item, simply return it to us at any time for a refund of its purchase price (with receipt) or for a store credit.
·      If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance or fit of any used item, return it with a receipt within 30 days for a full refund (this unfortunately does not include sticks or related product).
·      All defective merchandise is covered under manufacturer specific policies.

How do I return my product? 
Follow these simple steps to return your purchase to us.
·      Simply use the packing slip that came with your order.  Just fill out the back with an explanation for the return.
·      Repack the item(s) carefully to protect them during shipping
·      Attach the return label to the outside of the box.
·      Send your return to us. Please add applicable postage. (For your own protection we suggest you return items via UPS or insured parcel post. Should items be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require that you file the tracer or claim. Return postage is non-refundable). We do not refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges.

Due to restrictions placed on us by suppliers, we cannot accept returns of the following items:

I received the wrong product?
If you received the wrong product, call customer service at 877-926-6529  and we will provide you with a UPS label for return shipping to our fulfillment center.
I want to exchange my order? 
If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call customer service 877-926-6529.  If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, follow the “how do I return my product” instructions above. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Distribution Center.
Can I return my order to a ComLax Store?
