These are nice arm pads, especially if you are looking for flexibility. However, protection is sacrificed for the flexibiltiy. There are some creases around the eblow that are not paded which led to some nasty brusies. The pads also not the most durable, after one and a half seasons their already ripping on me. Besides that they're pretty nice
