THIS HEAD IS HORRBILE IT WARPS AND BREAKS EASY I DOO NOT RECOMEND THIS HEAD TO ANY BODY. IT DOES HAVE 1 THING THT IS GOOD IT HAS VERY NICE BALL CONTROL

I have one of these heads on both my long pole and attack stick. Defensively it's a really stiff head and gives out some sting and doesn't shape with poke checks. On my attack stick the long head is really accurate and powerful. I would recommend this head for anyone really.
