Lacrosse Warranty Information

BRINE LACROSSE
Brine stands behind all of its products when used under normal conditions. Proof of purchase with the date of the purchase on it, is required for every item being returned due to defects.

  • Lacrosse heads are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.
  • Brine will replace all heads unstrung unless the head was purchased strung within the 1st 30 days. Please remove any stringing on the head before sending back the product.
  • Lacrosse shafts are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.
  • Lacrosse shaft grip coatings are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Brine Sports will replace the product with the exact product that is defective. If the product is no longer available, we will replace with a different color or upgrade you free of charge if we no longer carry that item.
  • Lacrosse protective equipment is guaranteed 30 days from purchase.
  • Bags are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Apparel is guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Helmets are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Goggles are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase.

Returns

  • If this is a lacrosse product, please click here to see if your product falls under Brine's warranty.
  • Completely fill out this return authorization form and email complete form to: returns@brine.com and they will evaluate your request.
  • If your request meets the requirement of Brine's policy, then they will send you a return authorization number (RA#) within 5 business days.
  • Please note that you MUST have a return authorization (RA#) before sending the defective product.
  • Once you have the RA#, please follow the proper steps and procedures below: 1. Write the RA# on the proof of purchase and place it inside the box with the product. 2. Send it to: Brine, 32125 Hollingsworth, Attn: Returns, RA#—-, Warren, MI 48092

If there are any problems with your request, Brine will call or send you an email. If you are having problems filling out the return authorization form, please feel free to call the Brine Customer Relations group at 1.800.968.7845. Be sure to clearly print the RA# on the outside of the package. When returning heads, please make sure all heads are unstrung. 


STX LACROSSE
Lacrosse helmets sold by STX are covered under Schutt Sports' warranty terms. For more information, please click here.

STX lacrosse and field hockey equipment and certain other STX Items (excluding pockets, stringing, Mini-STX, accessories, promotional items (e.g. camp giveaways), finishes (e.g. chrome, paint), graphics and overmolding) are covered by the following “Limited Warranty”: STX will replace unusable or broken products (or provide a replacement with equal value) that break or become unusable under normal playing conditions due to poor workmanship and/or material failure within:

  • 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase of field hockey sticks
  • 60 days from the date of purchase of lacrosse heads (excluding chrome), handles (excluding AL6000 series) and goggles
  • 30 days from the date of purchase of protective equipment (gloves, arm guards, arm pads, shin guards etc.) bags, accessories and apparel.

Conditions For Warranty Approval:

  • No intentional modifications (e.g. engraving, gouging, branding, drilling, pinching, baking, dying, bending or evidence of excessive flexing) or other deliberate abuse
  • Pocket removed from any returned men’s head
  • All returned items become the property of STX.

     

MAVERIK LACROSSE
In­store returns: Customers have 30 days from the original purchase to return a defective product to the retail location where the item was purchased.

Head Warranty: Maverik Lacrosse warrants, to original customer only, that its’ Heads will be free from defects during normal use for six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase. All warranty claims must meet the following criteria below in order to be returned:

1. Item was purchased from an authorized Maverik Lacrosse Dealer;
2. The customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction;
3. The item has not been abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
4. The return was handled properly according to the Maverik return process listed below:

Shaft Warranty: Maverik Lacrosse warrants, to original customer only, that its Shafts will be free from defects during normal use for six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase.

All warranty claims must meet the following criteria below in order to be returned: (Dings, dents, and scratches may occur during normal use and are NOT covered under warranty. Warranty policy covers a onetime replacement on the original purchased item only).

1. Item was purchased from an authorized Maverik Lacrosse Dealer.
2. The customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction.
3. The item has not been abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged.
4. The return was handled properly according to the Maverik return process listed below:

Protective Equipment, Bags and Apparel Warranty: Maverik Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its equipment, bags, apparel will be free from defects (i.e. stitching, material flaws) during normal use for THIRTY (30) DAYS from the original retail purchase provided: Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty. Warranty policy covers a onetime replacement of the original purchased item only.

1. Item was purchased from an authorized Maverik Lacrosse Dealer.
2. The customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction.
3. The item has not been abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged.
4. The return was handled properly according to the Maverik return process listed below in this policy.

Warranty Exceptions: The following items are not covered under warranty:

● Maverik Bazooka and Maverik Beast shafts.
● Promotional items (camp giveaways, raffle items, etc.)

* Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Maverik Lacrosse.
* Maverik will pay all normal freight charges (UPS ground) to send back the replacement product.

To Make a Return: Please note: You MUST have a return authorization (RA number) before sending the defective product. To obtain your RA number, please email customerservice@maveriklacrosse.com OR phone 1­800­537­1702.

Once you have the RA number, please follow the proper steps and procedures below:

1. Include a copy of receipt of purchase with RA# written on it.
2. Include your shipping & contact information if not already allocated on your receipt,

UNDER ARMOUR LACROSSE

Lacrosse Head Warranty: Lacrosse heads are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. Under Armour Lacrosse will replace only heads that have been broken during play. Pockets are not warranted against breakage or wear. Only the head will be replaced if broken Please call customer service at 518-608-6970 for replacement instructions.

Lacrosse Glove Warranty:  Lacrosse gloves are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. Under Armour will replace all gloves that have manufacturing defects, within the term of the warranty. The warranty does not cover palm wear after the first 30 days. Please return defective items directly to Under Armour Lacrosse. Please call customer service at 518-608-6970 for replacement instructions.

Lacrosse Handles: Are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. Under Armour Lacrosse will replace all handles that have been broken during play. Handles are not warranted against dents scratches and paint chips and peeling. Please return defective items directly to Under Armour Lacrosse. Please call customer service at 518-608-6970 for replacement instructions.

Lacrosse Protective: Items are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. Under Armour will replace all items that have manufacturing defects, within the term of the warranty. EPOCH LACROSSE

Dragonfly Warranty Details: Epoch Lacrosse shafts are warranted to the original owner when purchased from an Authorized Retailer for the period of one year against defects in materials or workmanship under normal game playing conditions typical of the sport of Lacrosse. If an Epoch Lacrosse shaft fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we offer a 1 time replacement with the same product of one of similar or higher market value. Epoch will use best efforts to replace custom shafts with “same” or “similar” graphics, however they don’t inventory custom products and cannot guarantee an exact replacement.

To request a Return Authorization please email warranty@epochlacrosse.com.

Defective shafts must be shipped, at the owner’s expense with the issued Return Authorization number and copy of the original receipt, to the following address: Epoch Engineering Review; 7642 Washington Ave. South; Eden Prairie, MN 55344.

One the defective shaft is returned, and it has been determined that the failure was a result of material or manufacturing failure and replacement will be sent to the address provided.

*Chips scratches and dents, are to be expected and are not covered under the manufacturers limited warranty.  Alloy Shafts (Legend or Mettle) may bend, Slip/Grip is expected to wear and will vary by player to player.

FireFly Warranty Details:  Epoch Lacrosse Firefly shafts are warranted to the original owner when purchased from an Authorized Retailer for a period of one year against defects in materials or workmanship under normal game playing conditions typical of the sport of Lacrosse. If an Epoch Lacrosse shaft fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we offer a 1 time replacement with the same product of one of similar or higher market value. Epoch will use best efforts to replace custom shafts with “same” or “similar” graphics, however we don’t inventory custom products and cannot guarantee an exact replacement.

Hawk Warranty Details:  Epoch Lacrosse heads are warranted to the original owner when purchased from an Authorized Retailer for the period of one year against defects in materials or workmanship under normal game playing conditions typical of the sport of Lacrosse. Heads modified intentionally by means such as, but not limited to; pinching, baking, dying, bending, drilling, excessive flexing or other deliberate misuse are NOT covered by warranty.

If an Epoch Lacrosse head fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, they offer a 1-time replacement with the same product or one of similar or higher market value. 

Epoch will use best efforts to replace “colored” heads with the same or similar color, however we cannot guarantee an exact replacement.

Otter Mesh Warranty Details:  Epoch Lacrosse Otter Mesh is warranted to the original owner when purchased from an Authorized Retailer for the period of three (3) months against defects in materials or workmanship under normal game playing conditions typical of the sport of Lacrosse. If an Epoch Lacrosse Otter Mesh fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we offer a 1 time replacement with the same product of one of similar or higher market value.  

Please note:  Dying, coloring, cutting, adding wax or other foreign substance will void the warranty of Otter Mesh.

WARRIOR LACROSSE
Warrior stands behind its heads and handles under stress of normal use for six months from the original date of purchase.

Warrior Warranty

  • Warrior will replace all heads unstrung unless the head was purchased strung within the 1st 30 days. Please remove any stringing on the head before sending back the product.
  • Proof of purchase is required for each return. Proof of purchase can be a receipt, cancelled check, credit card or bank statement, or anything else that clearly indicates the date of purchase. In addition, the purchase must be made through an authorized Warrior dealer.
  • Warrior Sports will replace the product with the exact product that is defective. If the product is no longer available, we will replace with a different color or upgrade you free of charge if we no longer carry that item.
  • Warrior does not warranty products that are given as part of a promotion (i.e. free stick for attending a camp). In addition, Aluminum handles are not under warranty.
  • The warranty on apparel, bags, and protective equipment is 30 (thirty) days from the original purchase date. Accessories carry no warranty (i.e. ministicks, pocket pounders, nets, etc.).
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (see below).

Warrior Titanium Limited Warranty

  • If defective due to bending or breaking, a replacement will be made for attack and goalie length handles, within a period of 6 (six) months from date of purchase. The limited warranty is calculated from proof of purchase date to the date damaged shaft is received at Warrior prepaid. This warranty does not cover denting. Replacement handles will carry the duration of the warranty from the original purchase date, not from the replacement date. Titanium defense handles are not covered under this policy.
